Shipping Policy

Current turnaround time for embroidery is 2-3 weeks, and for laser products 2 weeks. Please keep in mind turnaround time is subject to change depending on stock supply issues that are out of our control. 

All items are made to order and once they are shipped you will receive an email and confirmation number, as well as tracking number. Your order will typically arrive 3-5 days after shipping. 

Cherokee Street Designs cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages once dropped off at the post office. 

Local pickup policy: orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification. After 3 days, the order will be marked complete, and Cherokee Street Designs will no longer be responsible for the item(s).
