Cherokee Street Designs is a handmade, made to order, personalized small business, and because of these, we do not offer refunds. In certain instances, shop credit may be offered, but it is up to our discretion, and will depend on reason for refund requested.
If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours, a restock fee will apply.
If you ordered the incorrect size of shirt or hat, and the order is already placed for the shirt or hat, you will need to pay for a new one to be ordered since everything is made to order and we do not keep inventory.
